Bridging finance
A bridging loan provides temporary funding while you wait for proceeds from an asset sale, investment maturity or other incoming funds. It is particularly useful when timing differences create liquidity gaps, for example, when purchasing a property before the sale of another is concluded. Bridging loans offer fast approval, fixed or variable repayment structures and no requirement to pledge collateral.
